5cl 3 KORN BRAND or 5cl 13 DRUNKEN BOTANICALS or 3-4cl CJG
3cl fresh lime or lemon juice

add all ingredients on ice cubes, fill it up with GINGER BEER

glass/ Muskow Mule cup or tumbler
garnish/ 2 slices cucumber

BERLIN MULE [BARTENDERS CHOICE]

4cl 13 DRUNKEN BOTANICALS or CONGRETE JUNGLE GIN

2cl ginger syrup

1cl fresh lemon juice

1cl fresh lime juice

4cl fresh cucumber juice (juice it with a Slowjuicer)

2-3 drops saline

stir it with ice cubes, strain it on ice cubes,

glass/ tumbler

garnish/ gingerslice, cucumber-relish

let juiced cucumer pulp with Fleur De Sel soak for a while
